Career
Kai Hinrichsen studied Business Administration at the Business Academy in Lübeck, Economics and Organizational Sciences at the Helmut-Schmidt-University of the German Armed Forces in Hamburg and and part-time Human Resource & Social Media Management at the Quadriga University in Berlin.
After his career as an Officer in the German Armed Forces, he initially worked as a management consultant in the IT sector and has held management positions in different Law Firms since 2011.
Kai Hinrichsen joined Bartsch Steuerberatungs GmbH in November 2021 as Head of People & Culture. He also works for our cooperation partner, Bartsch Rechtsanwälte PartG mbB, as Managing Director.
